I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic with easy beach access and refreshing pools. However, the room felt outdated, and the air conditioning didn't work well, leaving it a bit muggy at night. The dining was hit or miss too, as some restaurants were closed during our stay. Overall, while it offers amazing beach facilities, some improvements are definitely needed.

My stay was quite a rollercoaster. While I enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony and the service staff was truly exceptional, I faced quite a hassle with the air conditioning in my room. After multiple check-in attempts and eventually being moved to another room, I was relieved.
